Borrow Money connects you with lenders. We are not a lender and do not participate in your loan agreements. All questions regarding loan terms, fees, and conditions should be directed to your lender. We are not responsible for any disputes or misunderstandings between you and the lender. By using our app, you agree to our Terms and consent to share your information with lenders for loan processing.

The content, logo, and software of our app are protected by U.S. copyright law. You do not acquire any rights to our intellectual property by using the app. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.

By using our app, you agree to receive marketing communications from us and our partners. You may opt out by contacting us, but to opt out from third-party communications, you must contact them directly.

Our app may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and you access them at your own risk.

You engage with third parties at your own discretion. We are not liable for any outcomes of your interactions with them.

The app is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that it will meet your expectations or be error-free. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party software or services accessed through the app.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. In some jurisdictions, these limitations may not apply, but in such cases, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you, if any.

All disputes between you and Borrow Money will be resolved through arbitration. By using the app, you waive the right to represent yourself in court or as part of a class action.

You agree to indemnify and hold Borrow Money, its affiliates, and subsidiaries harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and remove content if you violate these Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, the rest will remain valid. Failure to enforce a provision does not mean we waive our rights to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

We are not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Any previous agreements or communications are superseded by these Terms.
